The Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by SiamVisa OÜ.
Nature of the Service
The service includes operational support, case verification, and process preparation on the client’s side.
We are an independent private service and are not affiliated with Thai government authorities.
No Guarantee of Official Decision
The visa decision belongs exclusively to the competent administrative authority.
Service Fee Refund Guarantee
If after verification we determine that the case is not suitable for further processing, we refund the service fee according to the package terms accepted before payment.
What the Refund Does Not Cover
- official fees,
- third-party costs,
- costs that are not paid directly to us.
